- Assisting a Danish WTG producer in a Court case in connection with the authorisation for a large wind park in Italy;

- Counsel to an Italian Contractor for arbitration before the International Chamber of Arbitration of Milan for a dispute in relation to the construction of a combined power plant in Italy for alleged default of the Contractor;
- Assistance to an Italian contractor in an ICC arbitration in relation to the supply and installation of a gas pipeline to be laid down in Middle East based on an EPC contract governed by English Law.
